For only $5, Scouts will get a one-of-a-kind experience at El Toro Water District, touring a real water recycling treatment plant and water quality lab while completing all seven merit badge requirements. This hands-on, interactiveclinic will teach Scouts how water is treated, conserved, and protected—critical knowledge for anyone who cares about the environment!
