Are you interested in deepening your Yin yoga practice and/or your teaching? Connect to the philosophy of Chinese Meridian theory which informs Yin and learn how to apply this in your practice and teachings. Over the weekend we will dive into the history of the practice, explore the meridian lines, their corresponding organs and elements, and discover how to work into the deep tissues of the body through yin practice.
We will discuss where Yin sits on the continuum of Yin/Yang and how it differs from the more Yang yoga practices, along with the techniques and sequencing for a yin class.
There will also be plenty of opportunity to practice and experience the benefits of yin.
