Mercy Southeast will hold a FREE community health event for all ages to encourage residents to take a proactive approach to their health. Mercy will provide free screenings, demonstrations, educational materials and more for a variety of health care services at the Mercy Cancer Center, 789 S. Mount Auburn Road, Cape Girardeau, MO. The Cape Girardeau Fire Department will be on-site to talk fire safety, show off their fire trucks and even host an inflatable house. The American Red Cross will also be available with information about upcoming blood drives in the area.
In addition to giveaways, face painting and a photo booth, Southeast Missouri State University’s Rowdy the Redhawk and Cape Catfish’s Captain Catfish will make appearances.
