unwind after pilates with a session focused on regulating your nervous system. learn how your nervous system impacts your thoughts and emotions, why thinking your way out of stress and anxiety isn’t effective, and how to release stored tension. we’ll also cover why breakthrough breathwork can shock the nervous system and why it’s not the way to go. instead, have tools and techniques that calm your mind, shift you out of anxiety, frustration, dissociation, worry, and panic and into joy and peace
