I invite the men of the community to join together in sacred ceremony and spiritual brotherhood.We will take some time to breathe together and do some activating breath work before we enter the sacred womb of Temazcal.
As we pray and sweat together in the sacred womb,you’ll experience a safe, sacred space to to heal, be vulnerable and express your emotions.
We’ll be supported by Spirit, the Guardians and each other in sacred space.
Please bring a snack or a dish for us to all share a meal together and fellowship after our time together in ceremony.
