There comes a point in a man's life when he realizes that being strong isn't about carrying everything alone.
It's not about silence, or stuffing down what it hurts. It is not about pretending everything's is fine when it is not. And it's definitely not about measuring your worth by how much you can produce, protect or endure.
Somewhere along the way, many of you were taught that to be a man meant being unshakable, and always in control. You were told directly or silently that your value came from your toughness, your success, your ability to figure things out without asking for help.
But here is the truth: You weren't meant to walk alone.
Every man carries a story. A burden. A quiet question he is afraid to ask out loud. And far too often, you carry these things in isolation, behind masks you worn for years.
That's the reason I want to create a space for real men.
This is not a therapy, It is not about fixing anyone. It is not a place for competition or comparison.
It is a circle. A brotherhood circle held by a nurturing female (me) structure where you can fully be you without shame.
Here you can speak openly. Or stay silent and just be present. You can talk about the good, the hard and everything in between. You can bring your whole self not just the polished parts.
You will be heard. Not judged
Seen. Not sized up.
Supported. Not saved
Together we will build a space where vulnerability is strength. Where listening is powerful. Where you an be real maybe for the first time in a long time.

About me:
My name is Adriane, and this isn't just something I decided to do. It is something I have been walking with for a long time. I have been holding sacred space and ceremony for over four years, helping others reconnect to their truth, their healing, and something deeper than the surface of life.
I come from a strong and sacred lineage - my grandmother was a shaman, a curandeira, a medicine woman who held deep wisdom in her hands and heart. I carry her spirit within me, and from a young age I have felt deeply intuitive and empathic. I have always known there is more to life than what we can see or touch - and I have made it my path to help other remember that , too.
