Our mentorship programme allows the delegate to come into our clinic and, under the guidance of our clinical lead Áine Larkin, (RGN, INP, MSc, PgCert) carry out treatments on patients. This can also enable the delegate to apply for a level 7 fast track course giving them the skills to complete and able to fully evidence their competence in aesthetic practice Áine has over 15 years of aesthetic injectable experience working on a wide range of patients This is an excellent opportunity for those who have completed our courses but are wanting to improve their confidence levels as well as attaining a full knowledge base on how to inject armed with the best techniques to ensure best outcomes. It can also be beneficial for those with an already established aesthetic practice, as it allows them to see how another aesthetics practitioner operates and can teach them new methods or injection techniques.
Our mentorship programme is hosted two days per month, and delegates have the choice to compete the full mentorship programme over a 3-month period, or complete just one or two of the days in whichever area they feel they need to develop.
