About this Event
Do you wish to have a safe space where you can meet and connect with people of African descent? Would you like to explore matters related to mental health? Or are you just curious to know how you can help others achieve better mental health? Then you are invited to join our monthly session specially designed for and organised by people of African descent. We have prepared a selection of topics, as well as people and specialists from our own community who are happy to share their experiences and also hear from you. Together we shall learn and discover how we can build our own positive mental strength and take care of our mind, body and soul, the African way.
We are making it a truly family affair. So bring your children as well. There will be special activities prepared for them and they will be gently guided to explore.
Participation is free. Drinks and snacks will be provided.
