MENtality Live! takes us beyond the sit-and-listen experience. It is an interactive show filled with moments for reflection, audience challenges, and meaningful dialogue.
Together, we'll explore themes such as, men’s mental wellbeing, unmasking masculinity , relationships and more. MENtality LIVE! is the place where we give voice to stories that too often go unheard!
As the event is being held during Men’s Mental Health Month, all proceeds will go towards supporting charities offering free or reduced-rate therapy for men making mental health support both accessible and culturally relevant for those who need it most.
