The Mental Wellness Walkathon is a joint effort between Getting My Help and JimAustinOnline.com, aimed at raising awareness for mental health and fostering community support for those facing mental health challenges. Our mission is to promote mental wellness, raise awareness on theses issues, and provide support to individuals in need. Coming together as a community is the first crucial step for many individuals.

Gregory Lemont Ellis
Greg Ellis is an American football coach and former player. He was the head football coach at Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) from 2022 to 2023. Ellis played professionally as a defensive end for 12 seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the North Carolina Tar Heels, and was recognized as an All-American. He was selected in the first round of the 1998 NFL Draft by the Dallas Cowboys and played for the Cowboys for 11 seasons, form 1998 to 2008. He also played a season, in 2009, for the Oakland Raiders. Ellis was the head football coach at Texas College in Tyler, Texas from 2020 to 2021.
Ellis has also produced for television and film, including as the executive producer of the 2015 sports film Carter High.
Greg Ellis is also the founder of the Getting My Help movement, focusing on a world where mental wellness is a universal priority, embraced with empathy, understanding, and open-hearted support. Where the stories told through creativity and compassion serve as a powerful force for change in society. The movement strives to envion a world where no one feels alone in their mental wellness journey, and together, we build a more inclusive, caring, and resilient global community.
