Some of the programming includes a guided meditation, mindful walking activity, yoga, behavioral health screenings, grief support, mental health resources for farmers, and art therapy! All programming is free to participate in.We are also excited to welcome Two Cool Dudes – a mental health awareness podcast, who will be recording on-site at the market!
