Mental-ship Program for Teens
Starting- (Feb-July 2024)

Our six-month mental health program aims to address the unique emotional and psychological needs of teenagers within our communities. The mental-ship program includes five in-person activities aimed at fostering relationships, along with a two-day workshop on understanding emotions, anxiety, depression, and sexual health, facilitated by licensed professionals.
The mental-ship program offers a wide range of activities that promote mental well-being and personal growth. It provides a space where teens will acquire coping skills and the necessary tools and strategies to manage mental health challenges, while improving their ability to relate to others and more importantly to themselves. Activities include workshops, group therapy sessions, mindfulness exercises, art therapy, adventure outings, and guest speakers. All programs are age-appropriate, engaging, educational, and provide opportunities for self-reflection.
