Info: Nicky Brackett will be leading our 7 Chakra Workshops. These workshops will focus on one chakra at a time and blend meditation, movement and journaling. Each chakra is an energy center that can connect to different areas of your body- but manifest into our everyday lives. Nicky grew up on Cape Cod and is based in the South Shore. After graduating from UMass Dartmouth, she completed her 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training and 280 HR Reformer & Mat Pilates certifications. She is also Reiki One certified and passionate about helping others connect to their mind, body and soul. Nicky’s classes always include infectious balances of masculine and feminine energy, healing and powerful movements that open and balance chakras. In her free time, Nicky's favorite activities are paddle boarding and kayaking with friends in the summer!
