Connecting to yourself entails being aware of your thoughts, emotions and impulses, which is important for personal growth and can lead to a more meaningful life. This session will be quite practical and will focus on specific journaling and meditating practices.We will meet at Studenterhus (Salen, ground floor) from 18:00 to 20:00. As usual, this event is open to everyone interested in the topic!
Structure of the meeting:
- Round of introductions
- Brief introduction to the meaning and importance of connecting to yourself
- Individual activities followed by discussion and observations
- Open space for questions and suggestions
