DGT Mental Health Ministry is hosting an opportunity that is open to other churches who would like to equip church lay counselors to support the mental health needs of people in their congregation. Come to learn skills that you can apply in your personal life while also learning skills to help others with their oxygen mask while remembering to put on yours first.

About Robyn:
Robyn is a Christian, and she grew up just outside of Superior and currently lives in Grand Rapids, MN with her family. Robyn is familiar with mental health as a young girl with a close family member was treated for depression in hospitals for many years to her twenties when she experienced hormonal panic attacks, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, she has lost 2 close family members to suicide. Both her personal and professional work as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and a variety of other professional roles up to her present business, has given Robyn vast experience within many spectrums of mental health including dementia. Currently, Robyn works with clients around the world identifying and releasing emotional, physical, and belief imbalances as potential root causes to their issues.
