Symbolically at the end of the year, in the time when we feel like something is leaving for good and a new stage of life is coming, we are about to dive deep into a topic that is still kind of a taboo, but sooner or later we are to face it. We are going to dedicate this edition of our mental health workshop to death. No matter if somebody important to us passed away, or is about to, it can be a very critical and cathartic personal experience. How do we prepare for this? What are the stages of grieving? What can be a useful support? We would love to spend some time also on the near death experiences. How does that change us or the people in the immediate surroundings? And what about the symbolic death of something or a stage of life or a relationship? How do we let go and move on? Where is the line between feeling the feelings and spiraling down? What is the healthiest approach to life after something happens that changes everything? We will explore this topic from many different angles in a series of thought-provoking discussions, games and creative tasks.
