
About this Event
This event is designed to provide insights into mental health, nutrition and female hormone health. Dr Clair Crockett will lead the discussion, offering evidence-based tips and guidance to help you support your mental wellbeing through nutrition, understand the impact of hormones on mood and health, and access signposting for appropriate individualised solutions.
Newson Health provides holistic advice, support, and treatments for women’s hormone health, including PMS, PMDD, perimenopause, and menopause.
Your ticket includes entry for you and a guest — whether that’s a colleague, partner, family member, or friend — and also gives you a chance to win a selection of wellness items from the Newson Clinic at the end of the session.

Dr Clair Crockett BSc Hons, MBChB, DRCOG, MRCGP, DFSRH, LoCIU
Clair trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology before becoming a GP, with a longstanding passion for women’s health. Her personal experience of how hormones can affect mental health sparked her commitment to supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. She finds menopause care especially rewarding, helping women navigate challenging times and make informed choices about their health.
Outside of work, Clair enjoys reading, painting and jigsaw puzzles. She is a keen cyclist, spending many hours on her Peloton bike, and enjoys walking – having recently climbed Snowdon and attempted a 100km charity walk from London to Brighton. She shares her home with her much-pampered cat, Winston.
