About this Event
There are a few things we would like for you to do on these days:
(1) Make an appointment to meet with your Representative and Senator.
(2) Have prominent signage which identifies why you are at the Capitol. Sit/stand on steps of main stairway to get maximum exposure.
(3) Record your story at the Capitol, which is a great background for you and your story.
(4) Hand out any information we want to share.
(5) Spend some time in the galleries of each chamber to observe the process.
(6) Work with the NAMI Advocacy Team to see what other opportunities are available.
