Exploring mental health care options and how to access support with Seattle-based licensed trauma therapist, Kitty Caveat, MA, NCC, LMHC.
About this Event

Doors open at 6:30, with the event beginning at 7pm sharp. Expected run time: 45-60 minutes.

Join us for this important, informative community event, with the goal of introducing you to diverse mental health care options and the different routes to accessing care. We will also dig into some of the history of mental health care, including naming the flaws and progress within mental health care systems. This special event is free, and will be led by Seattle-based licensed trauma therapist, Kitty Caveat, MA, NCC, LMHC.

Additional details: All ages and experiences with mental health welcome! Masks encouraged, not required. Seating is available on a first come, first serve basis, with priority to our elderly and disabled friends. Standing room is available as needed. No preparation needed, come as you are!

Arrive early and/or stick around afterwards to ask any questions you have for our speaker! Kitty is happy to help you with your specific mental health access needs, and may be able to provide specific direction and resources based on your goals for care.


About the speaker:

Kitty Caveat (she, they) is a licensed therapist, with a history in psychological research and somatic healing. Kitty also supports our community through coaching, public speaking, and other group/individual offerings. Kitty especially enjoys supporting their fellow creative, spiritual trauma survivors.
