The Mental Health Masterclass brings a powerful, inspirational and empowering workshop to Newton Abbot - an opportunity to really explore our personal experience, discuss best practice and test our knowledge and skills to be the best we can be when supporting clients and members.

This afternoon of education and interactivity focused on supporting you, whether that be as an online coach, personal trainer or anyone involved in the fitness profession. Helping you to help your clients and local people with their physical and mental health journeys!

We'll focus on each individual, sharing best practice, improving our understanding and confidences as role models and increasing knowledge to best support clients with their mental wellbeing. A subject too many avoid but is essential to the life of a modern day coach - a responsibilty everyone should title.

As a coach, a personal trainer, a sports instructor; you don't have to be an expert on mental health but you do have to be an expert on supporting your client, identifying their need, their emotions and their mindset. This workshop is designed to put mental health right in the centre of the room, surround it with love, support and respect and empower each and everyone of you to be better, do better and want better when it comes to mental health and wellbeing in your roles!

There will be a number of important topics covered including mental illness, suicide prevention, self harm and social media. In addition discussions around mental health language, support and professional signposting will be touched upon, encouraging best practice and collaboration from all participants. A real chance to step outside your comfort zone, with opportunity for serious learning, development and growth as a coach/personal trainer.

Get your tickets TODAY! I've facilitated many of these and they leave participants feeling empowered, energised and reflective as they carry forward the knowledge learnt and the connections made in the room!

You, me, us, TOGETHER, we can help each other better support the people you support and help! #StrongerTogether

I have absorbed everyone's Eventbrite admin fee of £3.76 so that should cover your pre-training workshop coffee! (Mine's a Cortado, cheers!)

See you soon!
