45% of Australians will suffer from a mental illness at some point in their life and you may look at someone and think they’re fine but inside they’re struggling.Only 15% of males seek help for their mental health.
Sadly 8 people Australians will take their own life due to mental health struggles.
We want to break the stigma around mental health and say it’s ok to feel like shit but it’s not ok to struggle on your own.
We are hosting a massive mental health party at the Alexandra Hotel in Leura to raise as much money as we can for mental health.
