This workshop is about establishing relationships between the participants and discussing each individual goals of learning. You are promised to learn something in this interactional workshop!
Topics covered in this course
In this session, learners will explore how differences impact a team environment. They will also gain an understanding of how intercultural conversations can strengthen your organisation.
In this way, participants will not only gain control over words but also learn how to engage with others in this fast-changing world. We will press and promote careful listening to decipher the verbal and non-verbal signals of others, while learning to avoid words that can be offensive or misinterpreted.
The overall goal of the session is for participants to empower themselves by learning how to recognise and defuse stereotypes. Being aware of this bias will allow each participants to create a work environment that encourages interaction.
In this session, they will learn to recognise how underlying organisational issues can originate misunderstandings and how to get out of the quagmire, as well as to identify conflict triggers within their own organisational structures and take practical actions to resolve them.
This session is an intiative aimed at helping participants deal with grievances and finding effective ways to address them so that peer review panels can help easily find the needed resolutions.participants will be asked to find a way to come together and show everyone how to resolve conflicts in a way that results in everyone being agreeable and finding ways to better together.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to develop an action plan that supports them to reach their learning objectives. In addition, we will also provide an opportunity for participants to clarify any questions they have throughout the discussions.
