About this Event

The therapists at The Phoenix Counseling Collective know that you want to be a healthier version of yourself. In order to do that, you need an easy way to get started. The problem is that finding time to invest in yourself can be difficult, which leaves you feeling overwhelmed and stuck. We know that small investments in yourself can make a big impact, and it doesn't have to be expensive or heavy, so we created the Mental Health Happy Hour so you can have a drink and a laugh while investing in your emotional health.

The therapists at the Phoenix Counseling Collective invite you to start your weekend with drinks and a short, interactive presentation meant to provide some meaningful takeaways to help you care for yourself.

Topics include:

January: Slowing Down in 2022 - Being Mindful About the New Year, presented by Caleb & Elisa Mitchell

February: Turning Conflict into Connection - A Coupes Happy Hour, presented by Molly Johnson

March: TBD

April: Ask a Therapist (and get a real answer!), presented by a panel of PhxCC therapists
