Mental Health Forum

Please join JHRC as we discuss the pandemic’s impact on mental health (i.e., increased anxiety, stress, depression, and suicides due to isolation) and share community resources to help. Among the topics experts will discuss:

• Signs of anxiety and depression in children and adolescents
• How trauma effects children and families
• Preventing suicide among veterans and first responders
• Mental health and substance use disorders.

Time: registration for in-person attendance from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m.

Program will commence at 9:00 a.m.

Resource booths and vendor tables will open at noon

Light snacks and refreshments will be served.
