Mental Health First Aid Training for Youths and Adults - Free Training

Become a three-year certified adult or youth mental health first aider today!
Most of us would know how to help if we saw someone having a heart attack — we’d start CPR or call 9-1-1. Just as CPR helps you assist an individual having a heart attack, Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to assist and support others who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge. This 8-hour training will cover topics such as:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- ADHD
- Trauma
- Substance Use
- Eating Disorders
- Psychosis
This training is for EVERYONE! Feel free to share with your coworkers, clients, friends, family, and neighbors.
