Become certified as a Mental Health First Aider through the Mental Health Commission of Canada in this two day training.Learn the skills and framework to be able to support someone who is experiencing a decline in their mental health or experiencing a mental health crisis.
This training is as valuable as physical first aid training. In fact you will utilize MHFA more often than you will physical first aid.
Participants have reported an increase in their confidence in supporting someone and more understanding about mental health, how to identify when someone is struggling, how to begin a conversation and support someone to appropriate professional help.
