Mental Health First Aid Training
Come join us at PDCM Insurance for our Mental Health First Aid Training event!
Learn how to provide early intervention and support to someone who may be experiencing a mental health challenge. Our Wellness Coordinator Kaylee Vette, certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, will guide you through recognizing early signs and symptoms, how to support someone facing a mental health challenge, and how to de-escalate in a crisis situation. This in-person training is a valuable opportunity to gain skills that can make a real difference in the workplace and in someone's life.
