Become accredited as a Mental Health First Aider for three years after this training and learn how to spot the warning signs of mental illness, have conversations and respond to crisis. We break down myths, barriers and stigmas surrounding mental health, and you will leave feeling confident in your ability to handle any conversation.
𝐈𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 MHFA is early-intervention education that increases mental health literacy and teaches the practical skills needed to support someone experiencing a mental health problem. Mental health first aid training equips people with the knowledge and confidence to approach or respond to family members, friends, co-workers or others in the community who may need information or support.
