About this Event

Train as a certified Mental Health First Aider® and support those around you with confidence and compassion.

About Mental Health First Aid Training

In just four sessions, across two days, you will learn how to recognise signs of poor mental health, hold supportive and empathetic conversations, and guide individuals toward the help they need.

Led by experienced trainers, certified MHFA training equips you with essential skills—including active listening, boundary-setting, and selfcare practices—so you can provide effective initial support in your workplace, community, or volunteer role.

After completing the course, you’ll receive a three-year certification and exclusive membership to the Association of Mental Health First Aiders®. This includes access to the MHFAider Support App® (with 24/7 text support), ongoing learning resources, and a peer community sharing real, lived experiences.

🗓 Part Two: 21 January 2026
