Led by Kate Figgins, Director at Humanex, Mental Health Advocate, and Accredited MHFA Instructor, this course equips participants with the skills to provide first response support to colleagues experiencing mental health challenges.This internationally recognised programme combines self-paced online learning with a hands-on-face-to-face workshop, covering major mental health challenges in New Zealand and providing practical strategies to foster psychological safety, support colleagues, and connect them with professional services.
