Come join us for a FREE fun workout in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month!! All are welcome! We have collaborated with High Five Fit Club to bring awareness to the relationship between our mental health and physical health � #mindbodyconnection Our goal is to de-stigmatize mental health by promoting health and wellness for all! We are all human with very human emotions and needs� We will have light breakfast and a raffle afterwards for those who participated in our bingo game!
