Mental Health at Work: Tools, Training, and Conversations
Join us on October 14 from 10:00–11:30 a.m. at Ivy Tech for a collaborative session on supporting mental health in the workplace. This follow-up event brings together community partners, employers, and experts to share practical strategies for fostering healthier team cultures.
The program includes:
- A Mindful Moment with Raymond (Recovery Ray) Achille, Balance Period
- Insights from Old National on their employee mental health initiatives
- An interactive activity led by a facilitator from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, featuring a preview of Mental Health First Aid at Work, a training designed to boost productivity, morale, and retention while reducing stigma
- A panel discussion moderated by Kimble with experts from IU Health EAP program, a representative from the Bell Certification, and a facilitator with Mental Health First Aid
Together, we’ll explore how open conversations and intentional practices can foster more supportive and engaged workplaces.
