A free 2-hour session that will introduce you to the tools and knowledge to support mental health and wellbeing in our community
About this Event

This is an introduction to the challenges of poor mental health, reducing stigma, and helping others feel valued and supported. You will gain practical tools to foster a mental health friendly environment and positively impact those around you. No previous knowledge is expected and is open to anyone on the Island 13 years or older. An age appropriate version is availble for groups aged 10-14 please email [email protected] for more information.

The sessions include tea and coffee, and participants will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion.
