Mental Elf is a family friendly, festive fun run. It focuses on bringing people together to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing. It promotes the benefits of physical activity, connecting with people and doing something to help others whilst fundraising for Birmingham Mind.Take part in our 5km family fun run at Cannon Hill Park
You can choose to walk, jog, skip or run the 5km park run route.
The event is open to all ages and abilities, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
This years event is kindly sponsored by Access Skills. Elf fancy dress is very much encouraged!

Fundraising
Whilst fundraising isn’t compulsory for this event, we would encourage each person taking part to reach a target of £50. The more money you raise, the more people Birmingham Mind can help.
