Mental Elf is our annual fun run which involves plenty of elves, some family-friendly fun, and a 5km run or walk, all in aid of York Mind. By participating in this event, you'll be helping to support the delivery of our vital mental health services in and around York. This year, as part of a national partnership with National Trust every event Mental Elf participant and volunteer will receive a FREE family pass that can be used between 29th November 2025 and 27th March 2026!
Why It Matters
Every step you take helps York Mind continue providing free and low-cost mental health support to people across our city. Your participation helps raise awareness, reduce stigma, and fund life-changing services.
Who Can Join?
Everyone! Mental Elf is open to all ages and abilities. Bring your friends, family, colleagues – even your dog (on a lead)! It’s a great way to get active, have fun, and support a cause that matters.
