The cost of building a business can sometimes be a person's mental and physical wellness. With each individual, there is a unique combination of things that help them mitigate the exertion that drive has on the body. As we build a community of innovative thinkers, we aim to embrace healthy vulnerability for all our learning. This is why we are hosting a talk on Mental and physical wellness to get participants thinking about how they can optimise their lives to reduce the costs associated with their work.
