Ok so this workshop won't heal cancer or cure depression but what it will do is connect you to nature, give you an opportunity to express yourself and connect with other men experiencing the same trials and tribulations and help you realise that your tribe is right here waiting for YOU and always has been!!!
Join me this Winter as I create the ultimate container for Men to connect, to work together, to challenge themselves and each other, to learn how to share and open up through simple cues, to support each other as we realise we are more powerful and connected when we work together!!!
We will challenge the body, challenge the mind, challenge the currrent paradigm which has us all seeking and striving for something we are not sure what it is..... we will practice breathwork and cold immersion, build and create part of the experience together, connect around the fire, join in ceremony, express the full gamut of emotions avaiable to those who are open and willing as we shed old behaviours and mindsets which are holding us back, eat like kings, celebrate each other and find a way to support our tribe of brothers well into the future.
