Training Overview:Our Men’s Hard Skills Self-Defense Course is designed for individuals of all skill levels, from those new to self-defense to experienced martial artists looking to enhance their practical application in real-world scenarios. This comprehensive 3-hour training will strengthen your ability to recognize, react to, and control both violent and non-violent encounters with confidence.
Drawing from real-world statistics and proven defensive strategies, Training days are designed to help you develop a deeper understanding of situational awareness, personal safety, and family protection. Whether you’re new to self-defense or seeking to expand your existing martial arts training, training day will integrate fundamental and advanced concepts to maximize effectiveness.
We will learn to apply our E.A.R.R.D.S™ principles—tactical frameworks designed for rapid decision-making and response in high-risk situations. Hands-on drills reinforce these principles, ensuring practical skill development that can be used immediately.
