Men's Taekwondo Trial Session

We’re excited to invite boys (ages 8+) and men to a free Taekwondo trial session this Saturday at the Freer Centre, Wigston – led by Coach Sediqi, one of the few 7th Dan Black Belts in the UK and founder of Five Lions Taekwondo Academy.

This is a great opportunity to:
✨ Build physical and mental discipline
✨ Learn practical self-defence skills
✨ Improve strength, coordination and flexibility
✨ Bond with your son through shared learning (fathers are welcome too!)

What to Expect:
A structured, respectful martial arts class tailored for beginners and open to all fitness levels. Experience the art of Taekwondo in a positive, male-only space that encourages growth, confidence, and healthy habits.
