Our monthly group is a safe space for brothers from all walks of life to come and exchange ideas and thoughts, wherever you are in life, this group is aimed at breaking down stereotypes and improving men's mental health through a shared experience and thought provoking topics.
Whether you come once or every month, we hope you go away leaving feeling a sense of belonging.
