Retreat theme - "Kingdoms at War" Kingdoms at War is to call men into deeper awareness of the spiritual battle being fought over every heart and home, and to equip them to stand firm as faithful warriors in Christ. Scripture reminds us that “we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers… the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places” (Ephesians 6:12). Jesus warned that “the thief comes only to steal and K*ll and destroy,” but promised that He came “that they may have life, and have it abundantly” (John 10:10). Because “the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds” (2 Corinthians 10:4), we gather to strengthen, encourage, and train men to fight with courage, humility, and spiritual authority.
This retreat seeks to awaken men to the reality of the opposing kingdoms at work, to anchor them in the victory of Christ, and to empower them to lead, protect, and shepherd their homes with renewed conviction. Together, we stand under the Lordship of Jesus—learning to recognize the enemy’s schemes, embrace God’s truth, and advance His Kingdom in every sphere of life.
