ABOUT:
This event is save space for men to be seen, heard and held. A judgement free place for men to feel, express and transform. Working with the mind, body, breath this is an opportunity for you to release any tension you may be holding mentally, emotionally or physically and return to a place of calm and connection.
The theme of this event is ‘Release and Reveal’. In this event we explore the unconscious aspects of oneself, such as repressed emotions, fears, and desires, to assist in the process of integration of these parts of the psyche.
It’s not always easy to face the suppressed aspects of ourself but by not revealing and expressing these aspects of self in the long term these unconscious aspects tends to manifests itself into patterns or behaviours that do not always serve our highest good.
In this event we go on a journey of self-responsibility and self-awareness, to lovingly integrate and accept every single part of ourselves so that you can live and thrive with more clarity and authenticity.
We will also be providing a private hired space for this experience as well as tea, water and some light snacks.
