Conscious Connected Breathwork has a profound effect on the brain and neural activity with potential DMT (Dimethyltryptamine: The Spirit Molecule) release which allows to access subconscious content and unmet emotions in a way that is less threatening and more transformative for healing. A space for a Nervous System Regulation and building capacity and tolerance, Emotional Alchemy and direct communication with your higher self.

The session begins with Blue Lotus Herbal Tea or Heart Opening Cacao (dependant on time of session) and an opening conversation about what to expect, the science of behind what we are doing and guiding you on feeling confident with the pattern. We shift into the journey feeling fully comfortable with a full understanding of Conscious Connected Breathwork.
Your Sacred Breath Journey incorporates integration with optional touch and extended savasana completed with sound bath using Crystal Tones Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls®️ where you will be cocooned in sound for a soft and gentle landing after your experience.

Next is a list of contraindications for Conscious, Connected Breathwork. Please *do not continue to book the session if you have any of the contraindications listed below*. Alternative options might be available or you could be still able to join in once we receive clarification around your listed contraindication. But please do not book without a discussion.
- Pregnancy (at any stage)
- Detached Retina
- Glaucoma
- Kidney disease
- High Blood Pressure
- Cardiovascular disease, including angina, previous heart attack or stroke
- Diagnosis of aneurysm of any kind
- Uncontrolled thyroid conditions
- Diabetes (any type)
- Severe Asthma— for mild to moderate asthma, we can discuss but you must bring your inhaler to the session
- Epilepsy
- History of Seizures
- Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition
- Recent surgery, stitches or injury
- Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve deep physical and/or emotional release
Please do not book with the following, but please reach out for clarification. Your safety is of the utmost importance and the approach to your work might require more gentle subtle titration & pendulation prior to engaging in CCB at this time, in a group session, or at all.
- Severe PTSD or trauma
- Trauma Related to Restricted Breathing
- Actively using recreational drugs
- Taking Medic*tion that alters brain chemistry like anti-anxiety, anti-depressant, ADD, OCD medications, etc.
