YOU are invited to a Men's Mobility Class! This is an EPIC mix of mobility, yoga, primal patterns, and martial arts. This practice makes YOU the most mobile and strong in your body that you can possibly be! This movement form optimizes your full body strength, flexibility, mobility, and self awareness so that you can take on your life and do all activities that you love with confidence and no pain.

My name is Tal and I am a Mobility Specialist. I have been teaching functional movement forms such as Budokon, strength training, yoga, mobility, acrobatics, dance, and martial arts for the past 15 years. I'm 6 months away from becoming a chiropractor and I use all of my knowledge and experience to help many people of all ages create their highest level of vitality in their body and health.
