Are you tired of being defined by what you do for a living, what possessions you have, or what others think of you? Are you ready to have conversations with other men about things other than work, food, beer, traffic, or sports? Are you excited to break free from the mold and establish a deeper, more authentic connection with yourself and others? Gather together in a sacred circle as we tap into the divine masculine using drums, open communication, and group collaboration. Our time together will be infused with mindful awareness practices that will connect us more intimately to the present moment. There will be opportunities to share what arises in the conscious awareness and deep respect will be paid to anyone who holds the talking piece. If you want to build deeper connections with other men and share in ways that are vulnerable and courageous, please join us! You are encouraged to bring a drum or other instruments (some will be available as well). Remember that our voices are the planet's most powerful instruments! We look forward to connecting in community with you.
About the facilitator: Brian is a yoga and meditation teacher with 20 years of experience supporting children and adults as they step into their power and connect deeply to their inner truth. He is a devotee of Bhakti yoga, the yoga of devotion, and believes that every moment of life is an opportunity to experience the magic of the practice. Brian infuses dance, sound, music, and laughter into his work with others. He is especially drawn to holding sacred space for men as they seek to bond more vulnerably with themselves and others.
