It's time to meet up again. And it's time to throw out the challenge to bring along a plus 1. Let's get this movement growing.Mens mental health is such an important field at the moment, and these events are creating great positive momentum. So let's rally the boys back together for another live event to learn some new skills with dealing with stress, anxiety and depression as well as creating an environment to be confident and grow and lean on one another.
We will start off with a training session hitting the ol Warrick Farms (arms). The good thing about this is even if this is your first time in the gym or if you have injuries it'll be a workout you can join in on. If you're a seasoned trainer you already know how good a huge fucking arm pump is.
Then we will move on to a bit of breath work (keep an open mind) you might think this is a bit of hippy shit but it's honestly a game changer and i'll explain why and then you'll get to feel it yo 'self.
After that if you're game i'll have ice baths available to compliment the breath work.
Then we will finish off with a couple beers (Non alcoholic options available) and some chat with a good group of blokes (you guys).
The brilliance of this is you get the training effect when you are there, some tools with the breath work to take home and utilise, the chance to talk about some tough issues or anything bothering you plus the advantage of hanging around a positive group of people which is worth its weight in gold.
