A men-only group hosted by Ian from CLUB CHI.These 90-minute sessions will include an opportunity for each attendee to relax and chill through guided meditations, Tai Chi Qigong and Gong bath meditations.
The session will require each attendee to bring a mat (yoga style), blanket(s) and pillow to ensure comfort and warmth during the meditation/gong bath meditation, and to wear comfortable clothing (layers are a good idea, so you can stay warm/cool enough throughout).
The session will take place in a relaxed and gentle atmosphere where each attendee can find that place and space in themselves to be still and quiet, to ground and feel earthed, as well as stress-free.
