Welcome to the MENS HUB WA - Scarborough Fortnightly Men's Catch-ups!A place for men to connect and support one another. Join us as we circle up and share what's going on for each of us, drop into some breathwork and movement exercises, then finish with a refreshing dip in the ocean. Continue with the flow afterwards, as we go for an optional morning brekky/cuppa for further casual chats.
WHEN: 6.30am every second Saturday
WHERE: Scarborough Beach Amphitheatre, Scarborough
COST: First time is FREE. -$10 commitment for returning Men.
All contributions go towards purchasing more resources to be used at these fortnightly catch-ups! As well as supporting MENS HUB WA to expand further into the community.
