This Movember, join us for a powerful two-hour workshop focused on men’s mental, physical and emotional health.
We’ll explore practical ways to take better care of yourself and the men around you — through conversation, reflection, and action.
This isn’t a lecture.
It’s a space for real talk, connection, and learning how to look after yourself from the inside out.
What to Expect:

✅ Post-event sauna and ice bath recovery session at the clubhouse
