You asked - we answered. Introducing our very first Men's Yoga Mindfulness Retreat, hosted by Ross Adams, John Ogilvie and Dan Stephenson. Societal expectations of masculinity often cause men to feel isolated, and can discourage men from seeking help for physical, emotional and mental health issues. This can lead to common untreated conditions among men, including addictions, depression and anxiety.
This retreat is designed for men to shed the emotional armour, embrace vulnerability, and share openly in a confidential and supportive environment.
Gather around the fire, shoulder to shoulder with other men who are seeking to learn and grow and develop themselves. Also a great opportunity to come together with a friend, son, father, or loved one. Open to all ages and yoga abilities.
